I'm a vivid Design Thinker and Figma Lover. I love creating solutions for complicated processes and piles of data. I think everything can be made readable, understandable, and enjoyable.

Experience

Senior UX/UI Designer at E.ON
Essen, Germany (Remote) — October 2024 - present

Consulting energy professionals in design and user experience related  matters. Educating people and creating awareness for the importance of UX and design thinking. Currently, I am leading UX efforts for E.ON’s intranet, connecting 60 units and 70.000 employees.

Senior Product Designer at Infobip
Zagreb, Croatia (Remote) — December 2021 - October 2024

Embedded in a cross-functional team, I led the design of the US sender registration product, a key project that supported Infobip's expansion in North America. I managed both internal and external platforms, ensuring they met business goals and improved performance.

I redesigned critical parts of our phone number solutions and organized workshops to align multiple teams. I conducted user and stakeholder interviews to make sure we built a product that worked for everyone.

I also ran our team’s weekly design reviews and mentored colleagues to support their growth.

Product Designer at Spread Group
Leipzig, Germany (Remote) — February 2020 - November 2021

I designed our customer service tool and our internal PIM system from 0 to 1,, helping to replace a mix of old software and processes with something much clearer and easier to use.

I worked closely with the user research team to gather feedback and improve the design along the way. I also partnered with engineers to make sure everything worked smoothly. On top of that, I led the design for our corporate website and supported the Global Web Team with various frontend projects.

UX/UI Designer at Kocmoc
Leipzig, Germany — April 2017 - February 2020

I started as an intern and worked my way up to UX/UI Designer, getting the chance to work on lots of exciting projects with different clients. I helped build up the agency’s digital team and introduced state-of-the-art processes like prototyping and user testing.

I was responsible for designing websites, social media campaigns, and apps, and made sure everything was feasible by working closely with developers. I also enjoyed presenting our work to clients and teams.

Personality

I'm a gamer. Since I'm able to hold an N64 controller. More than once my product solutions were inspired by how games guide and entertain users.

I'm a runner. I enjoy pushing myself and getting things done early. I run almost daily. Listening to the city waking up or a nice podcast early on is just awesome. Plus: The coffee afterward is just great. Hook me up on Strava!

I'm an optimizer. I try to improve the small things in my life because I think that these details matter. I researched a lot to find my white shirt, the best organic coffee, or the sharpest knife.

I'm a husband and a dad. I enjoy spending time with my family. That's by far the best way to get exhausted. My kids keep me motivated and inspired: ”Why, Why, Why, Why, Why?”
